These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 92pakr governing your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, betting, and all other services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use any 92pakr service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one 92pakr account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry periods specified at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse or circumvention attempts will result in account restriction.
Collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, and any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. 92pakr reserves the right to void bets and close accounts in verified breach cases.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 The 92pakr platform is available exclusively to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. 92pakr operates a strict 18+ policy and zero tolerance for underage gambling.
2.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will; (c) online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access; and (d) you are not subject to a self-exclusion order or account exclusion arrangement with 92pakr or any affiliated platform.
2.3 92pakr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposits made by the underage player will be returned after the voiding of winnings. No winnings accrued during an underage access period will be paid out.
2.4 It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before accessing 92pakr. 92pakr does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
3.1 Each player may register only one account on 92pakr. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether intentional or otherwise, may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep this information updated throughout the life of your account. 92pakr shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account credentials, including your login mobile number or email and password, are personal to you. You must not share your credentials with any other individual. 92pakr will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
3.4 KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, 92pakr requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph or scan of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC); and (b) proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. 92pakr reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.
3.5 92pakr applies AML checks consistent with international financial compliance standards. Transactions identified as suspicious may be delayed pending investigation. 92pakr may report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities without prior notice to the player.
4.1 92pakr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
4.2 The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are specified at the Cashier page and may differ.
4.3 All deposited funds must be from a payment source registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, including family members' accounts, are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4.4 92pakr does not charge deposit fees. Any transaction fee levied by your bank or mobile money operator is the responsibility of the player and is not reimbursed by 92pakr.
4.5 92pakr reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on deposits exceeding defined AML thresholds before making the funds available for play or withdrawal.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. 92pakr does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit by that account, except where a player's primary deposit method is no longer available.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 92pakr targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: JazzCash and Easypaisa – 1 to 4 hours from approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) – 24 to 48 hours from approval, subject to interbank processing schedules.
5.4 Processing times may extend during high-volume periods including PSL playoff fixtures and major sporting events. 92pakr will not be held liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking infrastructure, or force majeure events.
5.5 Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only the proceeds of play generated from wagering bonus funds at the required rate and complying with all applicable bonus terms may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
6.1 All bonus offers made available on 92pakr are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements (number of times the bonus must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible games and their contribution rates, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and bonus expiry periods.
6.2 Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; progressive jackpot slots typically contribute 0%. Contribution rates for each promotion are specified in its individual terms.
6.3 92pakr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses; placing opposing bets on the same event to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their application to wagering requirements. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to 92pakr support and may be reclaimed pending correction.
7.1 All bets placed on 92pakr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sport in question. These rules are published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to live odds and market availability. 92pakr reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or betting market, 92pakr will determine the outcome using available evidence and industry-standard dispute resolution procedures. Bets affected by a verified platform error may be voided at 92pakr's discretion.
7.4 92pakr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, commonly referred to as a "palpable error". Players will be notified of voided bets and the stake returned to their account.
7.5 Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets and game wins. Specific limits are disclosed within each product section. Any win exceeding the published maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92pakr and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.2 92pakr employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of prohibited activity may have their accounts suspended during investigation without prior notice. Funds held in suspended accounts are not forfeited during investigation; however, they may be subject to extended holds pending review.

10.1 All intellectual property on the 92pakr platform, including but not limited to the 92pakr brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data compilations, is the property of 92pakr or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of 92pakr's intellectual property, including screen-scraping, data harvesting, or brand impersonation, is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
11.1 92pakr provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pakr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 92pakr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits.
11.3 92pakr shall not be liable for any loss arising from: interruptions to platform availability; failure of internet or telecommunications infrastructure; acts of third-party payment processors; force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or government orders.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 92pakr reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity or AML concerns; receipt of a self-exclusion request; discovery that the player is under 18 years of age; regulatory requirement; or voluntary closure request by the player.
12.2 In cases of voluntary closure, players may request account closure at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting 92pakr support via live chat. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to normal rules, and the resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC requirements.
12.3 In cases of closure due to breach or fraud, 92pakr reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is proven, to retain those funds. Players may contest a decision by contacting support in writing within 30 days of notification of closure.
13.1 92pakr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 92pakr will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by posting a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account.
13.2 Continued use of the 92pakr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of 92pakr shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and 92pakr, the player must first contact the 92pakr support team in writing and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 days for 92pakr to investigate and respond before pursuing any other remedy.
14.3 92pakr and the player agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before resorting to formal dispute resolution mechanisms. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
